Flagler Housing and Homeless Services provides community-based rapid re-housing assistance throughout the Greater Richmond and Tri-Cities regions. Rapid re-housing helps households secure safe and affordable rental housing while presenting resources to maintain long-term housing stability. Services are customized to meet the unique needs of the household, and include: case management, budgeting assistance, short-term financial assistance, tenant responsibility education, and community resource connections.
