True North Clinic is an ASAM 3.1 level Low-Intensity Residential designed as a trauma-informed step-down from hospitalization and detox from substance use for adults 18+. We provide Substance Use Disorder Services, PHP, IOP, Psych Assessments, Brief Psychotherapy, and Medication Assisted Recovery/Treatment — We treat with suboxone, naltrexone, sublocade, and vivitrol. We also have Virtual IOP available statewide for both adolescents and adults.
